Kyle was awesome to work with. Was easy to relate to and never once pressured me into something I do not feel comfortable with. At times I thought I was becoming unsure of buying a house and wanted time to "think" about it, which he totally understood. When it came time to put an offer on a house, he used his negotiation skills to outbid the competition without having to go much higher than asking prices. Also every place I would want to see he arranged the showings according to my schedule and was super responsive. Cindy helped me purchase my first home a few years ago. She patiently helped me search for the perfect place and answered all of my million questions I asked as a first time home buyer. First I was trying to find a house by myself going to different places, then a friend putted me in contact with her. The first steps were to get pre-approved, which she put me in contact with someone to start that process. The next step was to give her all the information about the house I needed, for example how many rooms, how many baths, if I needed something extra on the house, the square ft. and on which area I wanted the house. After this, she started sending me houses that met all the information I gave to her. Then within 3 or 4 weeks she found me a good deal on a house. I was able to a apply to a mortgage for First time Home Buyers which they gave me a low interest rate. She went with me to do a walk through on the houses they had to show but at the end I picked a new one that was under construction. A week prior from closing, she went with me to do a walk through on the house to see if we find anything wrong on the house so they could fix it. And then on the day of closings she was with me during the whole process and answering all my questions. After that she keeps sending me Emails about information on the area. Cindy is the best! We saw more than a dozen houses with Cindy in one day and we’re happily living in the second to last we saw that day! Cindy went out of her way to help, to get to know us and to make 100% sure she knew what we were looking for. That says a lot if you knew how picky we were and how, as first time home buyers, we didn’t really know what we were looking for to begin with. Cindy helped us figure it out. We needed a home with a big patio/garden for our dogs. Gentil not only found us the perfect home, he also helped us selling the old one.
